Please Note:
Payment of the security / booking deposit of €780 is required to secure your application. A receipt confirming your booking will be issued to you. Your lease will be forwarded to you by post. This must be signed by both tenant and guarantor and returned to the Accommodation Office with the first moiety payment before 5pm, Friday 23rd of August 2010. Students repeating exams must notify Gort na Coiribe and a provision will be made for later payment.

An electronic key will be issued, which will permit access to the allocated room from 5th September 2010.

Cancellations
€100 of the booking/security fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation on or before the 23rd of August 2010. There are no security/booking deposit refunds for cancellation after the 21st of August 2010.

If CAO applicants do not receive a first round offer for NUI, Galway, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit of €780 will be returned less a €100 administration fee.

As demand for student accommodation in Galway far exceeds supply, early booking is necessary. If Gort na Coiribe are unable to offer you accommodation your security / booking deposit will be returned to you in full.
