Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB)

The PRTB was established in September 2004 to resolve disputes between landlords and tenants, operate a national tenancy registration system and provide information and policy advice on the private rented sector. The PRTB dispute resolution service replaces the courts in relation to the majority of landlord and tenant disputes. For further information log on to www.prtb.ie

It is a legal requirement that all students residing at Gort na Coiribe complete a section of the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB) form at check-in. You will be asked for the following details;

First Name, Surname, Telephone
PPS Number, Signature, Date

Gort na Coiribe now operates a full recycling service onsite; green bins for clean dry recyclables & glass recycling. With our ever changing environment we ask our residents to embrace every small but necessary action required to make this work. We are seeking full co-operation from all residents and to ensure its success we ask;

1.Separate glass, dry clean recyclables & general waste. There are 2 domestic bins in each kitchen for easy management

2.Dispose of refuse in the correct manner using the correct bins

3.Do not contaminate recycling bins.
