Maintenance Reporting

If you encounter any maintenance problems during your stay please report them through the Student Portal, but please free to contact Reception if you are looking for a status update. Outstanding maintenance issues that go unreported, and result in excess damages may be payable by the tenant.

It is important that you ventilate your house/apartment on a regular basis, for the good of your health and also for the good of the property. The following link provides some information on Ventilation and also provides instructions on how to lock your window on the second latch, keeping it secure but allowing fresh air to circulate.
