Maintenance Reporting

It is your responsibility to report all maintenance issues to the office. A maintenance request sheet must be completed to allow Gort na Coiribe staff and/or contractors access to your unit. Outstanding maintenance issues that go unreported, and result in excess damages may be payable by the tenant.

It is important that you ventilate your house/apartment on a regular basis, for the good of your health and also for the good of the property.
