I feel safe there, and there is a nice atmosphere around the place

I was a tenant with Gort na Coiribe for the three years during my time at college in NUI, Galway. From day one I got to know the staff in the office and as a result, from there on in they were very helpful with any queries or problems that arose during my time staying there and dealt with them efficiently and professionally, especially Frank, the maintenance man (who’s now probably glad I’ve left!!!).   Living in the particular estate I stayed in, Gort na Coiribe, it was so handy for college and going into town…smack bang in the middle of it all!!!  With everything you need in a house there was no hassle of having to buy dishes, cutlery, appliances, tv etc!!!  The bedrooms were very comfortable, spacious (especially in my final year!) and furnished with all the things a college student needs, lots of storage and a good-sized, sturdy desk!!!  Apart from being a bit on the expensive side of accommodation, I would highly recommend to any future student or tenant to consider living under the management of this company.”

The best thing about living in Gort na Coiribe is the proximity to the University and the community feel with other students. 

The apartments here are purpose built for students and safe.  The receptionists, security and maintenance are very helpful and friendly.
